Order Processing:

Most orders are processed within one to two business days, depending on the complexity of your order. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders with Priority Shipping (Second Day and Next Day) will be processed the same day if received by 11:00 AM PST. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.

Shipping Method and Costs:

All of our shipping will be done through the USPS, unless otherwise prearranged. All shipments will originate from Seattle, WA. Methods available are:

USPS Priority Flat Rate
USPS Express
Local delivery: Downtown, Capitol Hill, Eastlake, South Lake Union, Westlake, U-district, Queen Anne, Central District, First Hill, Greenlake, SODO, or thereabouts. Theoretically the site should let you know based off of your zip code if you qualify.

The Cost for USPS Priority is set at $6 within Washington State and $8 outside Washington State. It's easier that way. Purchases of over $100 will be shipped USPS Priority to a single destination at no charge. We're sorry, products can only be billed or shipped to destinations within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Accepted Methods of Payment:

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Pay Pal. Your credit card number remains secure at all times during transactions.

Out of Stock Merchandise:

If for any reason a complete order cannot be processed in a 2 business day time frame, a Simple Apothecary representative will contact you via email to inquire whether you would like to put the item on back order, hold your order until complete, or cancel the item to be ordered at a later date. If the order is placed with rush shipping terms we will contact you immediately to advise you of your options.

Fulfillment Mistakes, Billing Mistakes, and Shipping Damages:

If we have not completed your order correctly or have billed you incorrectly, please contact us via email immediately to make arrangements to correct the error.

If a ground shipment has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time (5-7 days), or a rush package on time please contact us so we can investigate and remedy the situation.

We make every effort to ensure that products arrive on time and in good condition, however, due to the nature of Simple Apothecary products some shifting within the containers may occur due to heat during shipping or rough carrier handling.

If a shipment has arrived damaged due to carrier handling or packaging failure, please contact us immediately. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Guarantee:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please email us so that we may work out how best to make you happy. Refunds and exchanges can be given for a return within 30 days of the original ship date. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.
